3 flights, first 2 with stabilizing carabiner twisters, last 1 without. Definitely easier with them, micro movements in twister transition are easier, macro movements (like getting on the rails for tumble) are still there. Testing vertical forces for stabilizing my Ava acro base harness like Antione Montant did with his Advance Progress and Oliv Fritz with his Supair Acro3.

Hi Michael
Can you tell me where I can buy these carabiners ?
Thank U
Léo
sure thing. I did explain to some pilots on facebook with a video. Basically Antoine added a vertical strap to his advance progress which made it nearly impossible to weight shift, Oliv Fritz and a few others put their shoulder straps through their carabiners which stabilizes acro3 a crazy amount, it makes helico much easier but if you're not on a small acro wing, then you lose body movement for the dynamic tricks. If you have an ava base harness and want to know how to do it, or just want a photo, send me your email address
Hi Michael, can you please explain in a little more detail what you mean by stabilizing carabiner?
Thanks,
