One side break? It's 2 sides break...it's double pumping or double rythming. It helps stay in the axis, and I believe (with some others) that it is less damaging for the wing in Tumblings. It also trains you mind for the exit and keep reflexes alive.

Why do you pull one side break in every rotation while tumbling? seen this in many videos.
